What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication with our clients begins immediately. We will have a preliminary discussion with new clients over the telephone. If a prospective client wishes to proceed with representation, we will make arrangements either to go to them or have them come to our office. Whichever is easier and more convenient.
