What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office will schedule a FREE CONSULTATION with our experienced bankruptcy attorney either in-person at our Hayden office, or over the phone. This meeting is designed to determine whether the client will benefit from having an attorney in their situation. We know that every person and situation is different and treat all clients with the care they deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorney Christopehr Williams has been practicing almost exclusively bankruptcy law since 2015. He graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law, and clerked for a year with the Federal Bankruptcy Courts for one year. Since then he has filed over 500 consumer bankruptcy cases in the state of Idaho.
