What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would prefer a face to face consultation, to go over case details. We then review with the client our retainer requirements and have them sign a contract for services.

Education:
Juris Doctorate, William S. Richardson School of Law, 1981; Master of Arts, American Studies, University of Hawai'i, 1981; Bachelor of Arts, University of Hawai'i, 1976.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We serve clients throughout the Big Island of Hawaii, Oahu, Maui, and Kauai. Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in state, federal, military, and appellate courts. We have also been admitted to the bar in Hawaii, New Jersey, California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. In our representation of clients, we have traveled into international jurisdictions—as far as Japan, the Philippines, and New Zealand.
