About
Paul recognizes that legal situations concerning loved ones are difficult and require a delicate touch with a strong foundation. The term "attorney" encompasses not only legal representation but also individual counseling, and Paul makes every effort to ensure that his clients feel secure and comfortable with their choices amidst an ongoing legal dispute. Paul is a vigorous advocate for his clients, and it is his emphasis on building personal connections with his clients that allows Paul to achieve successful outcomes in all phases of litigation. Paul has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the area of Family Law for 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Paul is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Forsyth County Bar Association. In his spare time, Paul enjoys weight training, going to concerts and sporting events, and spending time with his friends and family.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paul is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he served as Senior Class President of his law class and the Articles Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, a nationally-recognized publication dedicated solely to the art of litigation. Paul was also a member of the Cumberland National Moot Court Team, participating as an Oral Advocate for the team that won the Las Vegas Regional of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition in January of 2013, advancing to the National Finals in May 2013.
