I am a Christian counselor who sees children, adolescents and adults. I use the cognitive behavioral model along with, play, sandtray, and mindfulness practices to aid clients in growth and accomplishing their goals. I have been a psychotherapist for 25 years. I am a UIC Jane Addams School of Social work top graduate and trained in trauma treatment, family systems/ communication and play with children. I take a great appreciation when client begin their counseling process. It is not an easy process and it can be difficult to start.
