What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a phone intake to see if we are a good fit to assist the client. If we find the matter is not within our comfort zone, we always try to help locate another highly skilled attorney within our network who may be a better fit.
If we can represent the client, we usually set up an in-person meeting to go over the case in more detail. I ask clients to bring relevant documents, photos, citations, and anything else relevant to their case.
We will have the client sign an Attorney Fee Agreement that details expectations on both sides and the fee arrangement.
