Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unlike most law firms, we have a practice of speaking with our potential clients by telephone prior to our first meeting. This helps us to know if we are the best firm to represent you. If we are not, we try to give referrals to other attorneys who may be able to help.
We want our clients to be fully informed from the very beginning so when we talk by telephone we are able to determine the nature of the case and steps needed to be taken. With that our clients come to the first meeting prepared.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF LAW | Juris Doctorate,1987
ANDREWS UNIVERSITY | Masters of Divinity Cum Laude,1981
SOUTHERN ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY | Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude, 1977
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We represent clients both on flat rate fee and with an hourly fee. The fees are based on the type of case. That is why our office will speak with you by telephone prior to the first appointment to allow us to understand the nature of your case and to be able to speak to you about the cost.
It is important that you have the information you need to be able to make an informed decision.
What types of customers have you worked with?

He has accepted appointments and served as a Guardian ad Litem in Juvenile and Superior Court. He has served as Special Master for the Georgia Supreme Court and has been voted the "Best Lawyer to Get you Out of Trouble" in Gwinnett County.
