What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation where one of our attorneys will evaluate the case and work with your budget to set a reasonable fee. We offer payment plans for those that need them. Once a case is setup we go to work immediately to start working on getting criminal charges reduced or dismissed for our clients all over metro-Atlanta and Georgia.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Following graduating from Georgia State University College of Law, Mr. West worked with high-profile criminal lawyer Bruce Harvey for a decade representing well-known clients in the entertainment, music and sports fields who were charged with all types of crimes. For the last fifteen years he has run his own high-level criminal law firm with a talented staff who gain top results for those who utilize his services.

Our fees are generally set based on the seriousness of a case and the distance of the case from Atlanta. We also offer discounts for clients who pay in full as well as flexible payment plans offering clients up to fifteen months in some cases to pay their fees. We are considered the most affordable top tier law firm in metro Atlanta.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Mr. West most recently finished an Attempted Murder and Aggravated Battery charge in Fulton County, Georgia in March of this year in the case of State vs, Gino Haskins. Even though the evidence proved that his client shot the named victim in the head resulting her losing one of her eyes, the jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty to all charges based up Mr. West's successful self-defense strategy. His client was completely exonerated of all charges.
