When we work with new customers, we strive to make the process as simple and easy as possible for them. We don't want anyone to feel like they have been wasting their time. We know that an injury can be a stressful time in your life, so we want to help when it matters most.

I have a Bachelors degree in Political Science.

Political science is the study of how governments are formed and run. A government is the system by which a country's citizens are governed. It may be made up of political parties, elections, laws and public offices; it can be either democratic or dictatorial in nature

    I have a Juris Doctorate.

I have a Juris Doctorate. That means that I attended Law School for three years, where I learned how to think like lawyer. The term "juris" is Latin for "law" or "legal," and a juris doctorate (JD) is a postgraduate law degree. I have been a lawyer for 11 years. I graduated from law school in 2011, and since then I've worked as a personal injury attorney in the state of Georgia.

In addition to those two degrees, I had to pass the Bar Exam in my state.

In addition to the two degrees, I had to pass the Bar Exam in my state. The Bar Exam is a test that you have to pass in order to be licensed as an attorney. Each state has its own rules and regulations for passing this exam, so it's different in every location.

It is the nature of my job that I am constantly reading and writing for a living. I read many books, especially non-fiction: history, science, psychology, economics. Generally speaking, I'm not very interested in novels or poetry. I also write a lot; mostly e-mails, letters, and motions.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services?

We don't charge upfront costs or retainers. We only get paid if we win your case, and our fees are competitive with other lawyers in our area.

You only pay if we win the case. No upfront cost, no retainers.

We will only charge you if we win the case. There are no upfront costs and no retainers.

We believe that it is important to be paid for our work only when you receive a positive outcome in the case. Due to this belief, we have developed a pricing model that allows us to put all of our resources into winning your case without worrying about getting paid up front or having to retain some of your money in advance. This means that regardless of whether or not we win your case, you will never pay anything unless there are actual damages paid out by the other party.

The standard personal injury lawyer fee is 1/3.

It's standard for most personal injury lawyers to represent their clients on a contingency basis, meaning that if you don't recover any money from the at-fault party, then your lawyer doesn't get paid.

The main reason personal injury lawyers work on a contingency basis is because they don't get paid unless they win their case. Without this arrangement, the attorney would have to charge you an hourly rate for his or her time spent working on your case.

A contingency fee is a percentage of the total amount of money awarded to you in a personal injury claim. So if you were awarded $100,000.00 and your lawyer took 33%, he would receive $33,333.33 for their work on your case..

Our fees are competitive with other lawyers within our area.

Our fees are competitive with other lawyers within our area. We’re not the cheapest, but we maximize your settlement and ensure that you get the best possible result. Our fee structure is standardized so there aren’t any surprises when it comes to invoicing or billing. In addition, we offer a free initial consultation so that you can meet with us and let us know what sort of case you have before deciding whether or not it makes sense to proceed with legal action.

We do not charge upfront costs or retainers

You don't need to worry about retaining a lawyer before you call. We will not charge upfront costs or retainers. We'll start working on your case as soon as you contact us, and we won't bill you until the case is resolved. We handle all of our own billing so that there are no hidden costs or surprises for our clients.

We hope this answers your question. We’re here to help you win your case and get the compensation you deserve. If you need more information or would like to talk with us about your case, please call us at (404) 383-8835

How did you get started in personal injury?

My father was a personal injury attorney, and I followed in his footsteps. It's a career that has been good to me, as well as my clients.

With my father being a personal injury attorney, it's not surprising that I became one too.

When you're a kid, it's easy to assume that your parents are perfect. They're the ones who provide for you, take care of you and bring you up in their own way. When I was growing up, my father was always busy working. He would come home from the law office late at night and then wake up early the next day to go back there again.

Still, he made sure that his children were educated about certain things like health and safety rules or about how important it is to follow the law when it comes to dealing with other people. So when I got older and started thinking about what kind of career path I could choose for myself in life, it didn't surprise me at all when my dad told me he thought I should become a personal injury attorney like him!

I've always had an interest in law, but I decided to go into personal injury law because of how much you can help people at one of the worst points in their lives.

I've always had an interest in law, but I decided to go into personal injury law because of how much you can help people at one of the worst points in their lives. In a lot of cases, you're helping someone who has been wronged and really needs help. They want to get back on their feet as soon as possible. With other areas of law, the types of cases may not be as personal or involve such serious injuries.

I think my personality has also helped me succeed in this area because I'm naturally methodical and analytical—I like figuring out problems on my own and coming up with solutions for them—and that's important when it comes to practicing personal injury law because so many things are dependent on being able to build your own case from scratch while working closely with clients whose lives have been turned upside down by an accident or another situation outside their control.

The best part about my job is seeing the lives we've changed for the better.

The best part of my job is seeing the lives we've changed for the better. I feel like I'm making a difference when we get someone back on their feet and they're able to start taking care of themselves again. As an attorney, I can help people through some pretty dark times.

The worst part about my job? Seeing people suffer because they've been injured and have no way to pay for care or treatment. It's awful to listen to what they have been through, but it's even worse when there's nothing you can do about it except provide legal advice and hope that everything works out okay in court (which doesn't always happen).

The most challenging part is dealing with insurance companies who try every trick in their book to deny claims or minimize payouts as much as possible

Personal injury law has been my passion for many years, and I’m excited to share my knowledge with you. If you have any questions about your case or want to learn more about personal injury law in general, feel free to contact us at your convenience.

We often get asked, what types of customers have you worked with? At Cohen & Sinowski, we work with clients from all walks of life. We've helped people who were injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip-and-fall incidents. We've also worked with families who lost loved ones due to wrongful death.

    Car accident

If you’re going through a car accident, it can be stressful to find an attorney who can get the job done. You need someone with experience and resources to win your case. Car accidents are not easy for any party involved in the incident, but they must be handled with care and seriousness. A wrong decision could lead to further injuries or even death of victims. We have worked on several car accidents cases, from minor fender-benders all the way up to serious crashes involving multiple cars and injuries requiring hospitalization or surgery. Our experience in these situations allows us to devote 100% attention towards getting results for our clients

    Motorcycle accidents

Motorcycle accidents can be more serious than car accidents, and they frequently involve the other driver's fault. Motorcycles are more difficult to see than cars, so it's common for a car to suddenly pull in front of a motorcycle or change lanes into its path. In these situations, even if the motorcyclist is not at fault for the accident, many people do not have adequate insurance coverage. We work with people who have been injured in motorcycle accidents to help them get compensation for their injuries and related expenses such as medical bills and lost wages

    Slip and fall

Slip and fall cases can be very complex, as they often require proving the property owner's negligence. This can be a difficult task to accomplish, so you may consider hiring an attorney to help you with your case.

If you have been injured in a slip-and-fall accident at work or while shopping, consult with an attorney immediately. Slip-and-fall accidents that happen outside of the workplace are not covered under workers' compensation insurance policies—they're considered "personal injuries" and therefore fall under state laws for injury liability claims.

We work with a variety of injury clients.

We work with a variety of injury clients. We work with personal injury, car accident, slip and falls, motorcycle accidents and premise liability cases. We also handle wrongful death cases.

We’re proud to work with a variety of clients, and we look forward to working with you.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a personal injury attorney?

Personal injury lawyers have a lot of experience in helping people recover the compensation they deserve after suffering injuries and other losses due to other people's negligence. However, selecting the right lawyer for your needs can be challenging if you don't know where to start or what questions to ask. In this post, we'll give some advice on how to find the best personal injury lawyer in Georgia.

Find a personal injury attorney who is based in your community.

As a general rule, it's best to hire an attorney who is based in your community. This will ensure that the lawyer is familiar with local rules and regulations, as well as judges and other officials involved in your case. It will also allow for more flexibility on the part of both you and your attorney; for example, if you need to reschedule a meeting or 24-hour notice isn't possible due to unforeseen circumstances.

Be prepared for your meeting with a personal injury attorney by taking notes about the accident, the injuries and any followup medial care.

Every accident is unique, so you'll want to be as prepared as possible for your meeting with a personal injury attorney. The best way to do this is by taking notes about the details of your accident, the injuries you sustained and any followup medical care.

    • Be sure to write down your date of birth and any pertinent contact info on the top of your notes so that they're easy for anyone who might need access to them in the future.

    • Write down any witnesses or other people who saw what happened (e.g., if there was a police officer at the scene).

    • Don't forget to note where exactly you were when it happened—this will help attorneys better understand how far away witnesses could have been from where it took place.*

It is important to choose a personal injury attorney who has experience within your local court system.

In a case like this, it is important to choose a personal injury attorney who has experience within your local court system. A lawyer with experience within your local court system will have a better chance of winning and know the judges and how they work.

Ask how you will be charged.

You should also find out how much you will be charged for your case. While some law firms charge an hourly fee, others charge a percentage of the settlement. You need to know what the total cost will be and whether that fee is fixed or variable before deciding on which kind of law firm suits you best.

Also ask about the costs associated with hiring a lawyer and filing a lawsuit so that you understand what happens if your case does not go in your favor (or as far as expected).

Consider a firm that offers free consultations and can respond quickly to your urgent need for help after an accident or other personal injury.

Consider a firm that offers free consultations and can respond quickly to your urgent need for help after an accident or other personal injury.

This is especially important if you're in a position where time is of the essence, such as after being injured in a car accident or on the job. An experienced attorney can help you understand your legal rights under the law and how they apply to your case.

An attorney will be able to guide you through the entire process of filing a claim against another party so that it doesn't become overwhelming for someone who has already been injured or suffered losses due to an accident or incident.

You are in charge of this process, so do what's best for yourself and your family.

As you go through the process of choosing an attorney, keep in mind that you are in charge. You will want to do what's best for yourself and your family.

When selecting an attorney, be sure to ask questions about:

    • How the attorney will be paid. If the attorney says he or she is going to take a percentage of your settlement, find out how much that percentage will be (and if it can change). The more detail they give you here, the more likely they'll be able to provide accurate information later on.

    • References from past clients who have been through similar situations as yours. Ask them about their experience working with this particular lawyer and whether they would hire him/her again if necessary (note: asking for references does not guarantee good service).

We hope that this article has given you a good overview of what to expect when looking for a personal injury attorney. Remember, your first step should be to hire the right person. This can be hard work, but it's worth it in the end!

You've been injured in an accident. You understand your rights and the legal process involved at this point, but you still have questions. Who are the best lawyers in town? What should they know about your case? How much will it cost to hire them? Should I hire a lawyer at all? Here are some questions to ask when hiring a personal injury attorney:

Did this lawyer listen to your input and concerns?

Asking questions of a lawyer is important for any client, but especially so if you’re facing a personal injury. When lawyers take on cases, they usually do it because they want to help their clients. However, not all lawyers are the best fit for every client. Asking questions during the first meeting with a potential attorney can help you figure out whether or not you have similar goals and expectations. Some questions that will give you insight into a lawyer's work style include:

    • Was this lawyer able to clearly understand what I wanted from them?

    • Did he/she ask me questions about my need for legal services that helped further clarify my concerns, options, or goals?

    • You should ask how much it will cost to hire this attorney.

    • It’s also important to find out if there are any other costs involved such as filing fees or deposition costs that may not be included in your final payout amount.

    • How well did the lawyer explain the legal process and legal issues to you?

What specific legal services do you need?

You should think about what specific legal services you need. Legal services can include any of the following:

    • Obtaining compensation for injuries sustained in a car accident.

    • Negotiating a settlement with the insurance company for an auto accident.

    • Litigating your auto accident case in court, if necessary.

You need to understand what you want to accomplish and how much time you are willing to spend on your case.

Was the lawyer's office conveniently located?

If you have a busy lifestyle and can't afford to take time off work, consider the location of your prospective attorney's office. A convenient location means that the office is easy to get to by public transport, but also near enough for you to walk or bike there if necessary. A good personal injury attorney will understand how important this is for their clients' schedules and make sure that their services are available on weekends as well as during business hours. In addition, keep in mind that one of your first steps as a client will be either visiting your lawyer's office or having a virtual appointment so it is important that you feel safe and secure at all times while there!

If you have a personal injury claim and are looking for an attorney, it’s important to have these questions in mind. A good lawyer will be able to answer these questions easily and provide the information you need to make an informed decision about hiring them. Remember that no matter which lawyer you choose, make sure they will work hard on your behalf!
