What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process involves first ascertaining what exactly the legal issue is. Then I like to set realistic expectations for representation and determine a price that would allow for me to begin representation. With agrement, we finish the intake process (form) and then execute a retainer agreement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Legal experience. Practical experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

My standard rate is 200$ for non-personal injury cases.

Contingency for personal injury cases.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

To find the attorney that takes the time to listen to your case and is willing to help you move forward with your life as quickly and inexpensively as possible under the circumstances.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Do I need an attorney? What do I need him/her to do for me? What other things may be necessary, besides the attorney, to help me best present my case?
