I run a solo practice so the client will always deal with me and will not be passed off to any office staff. I put in a lot of effort into all my cases, and I encourage you to check out my online reviews. My goal is excellent customer service and results.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial phone call in which I vet the case. If we are mutually interested in moving forward, I then set up an in office appointment. Should the client retain me at that meeting, I then immediately get to work on your file.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated undergrad from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of journalism degree. I attended law school at Georgia State University and graduated in 2006. Since graduating, I have run a solo office that primarily specialized in debtor bankruptcy work. In the last 5 years, I have also been doing personal injury. I am well versed on both, and attend numerous seminars as well as am a member of multiple listservs.
