I work as a criminal defense lawyer because I believe that even if you make a mistake, you still have rights that need to be defended. I can help you, as I have helped hundreds of others, defend your rights in court. I have a lot of clients, but just having a lot of clients in the past doesn't do you much good. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call to make an appointment, our office assistant Ashley will work with your schedule to find a convenient time to speak first with our firm's paralegal Bridget then with James himself to better acquaint the attorney with your case before trial.
Our staff will them make sure the necessary paper work gets filed and we approach the prosecution in your case to begin the process of preparing for trial.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to his Juris Doctorate degree, earned with highest pro bono honors, James has a Masters in Public Administration, a BA in economics (Summa Cum Laude), and an AA in Business Administration.
James also serves as a legal instructor for other attorneys and teaches classes for other members of the State Bar Association in how t best defend their clients.
James also completes additional trainings on the updates to the law yearly to stay on top of any current legislation or updated case law.
