Listening to their care and concerns. Reassuring the client that they are in the care of a caring and committed service provider. Earning their trust, and exhibiting professionalism at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificate of Study and employment in Medical Assisting/Phlebotomy since 1985. Study and licensure of Massage Therapy. Combining these skills synergistically for the best overall care of patient/client

How did you get started in this business?
Being employed in healthcare for 30+ yrs and wanting to actively help the client in overall healthy lifestyle choices. Using Massage Therapy I’ve worked with a myriad of clients & actively laying on of hands as a natural health alternative.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a myriad of clients. Some healthy, and others not as healthy. Some young some old. Most clients are ready and willing, others a little hesitant, but one thing for sure they never leave the same, but always for the better. And often wanting more 😉

Visiting with my daughter in Michigan after her fibroid surgery, and helping her in her recovery.
Assisting my Pastor in prayer over other church members.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone experienced and educated and continued education in their actual goals and how they may be achieved in the area of service that you seek. Ask questions and seek out reviews. Get referrals from friends. Don’t disqualify some one based upon looks or age.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Their actual goals and how they may be Achieved. Whether or not this same care can be continued at home. Does the routine care fit within their budget, and affordable for continued maintenance. How committed they are to needing and completing the help provided and seeking out of this service.
