What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mary Elizabeth Quinn is the Managing partner of Quinn & Lynch, P.A. As a Trial Attorney, Ms. Quinn is a Board Certified Family Law Attorney with twenty-five (25) years of experience in the area of family law matters. Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. Established in 1982 by the Florida Supreme Court, board certification helps consumers identify specialists in various areas of law. Board Certification is a designation held by fewer than one percent (1%) of Florida Lawyers.
Ms. Quinn is also rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. By earning an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell, an attorney is part of a select group of Tampa area lawyers recognized for their legal abilities and professional ethical standards. As Ms. Quinn has practiced exclusively in the Family Law arena for 23 years, she is also trained in the practice of Collaborative Law. Collaborative Law is a process that enables divorcing couples, as well as couples in other family law disputes, to reach agreements and resolve their differences in a respectful and productive way.
Ms. Quinn is certified to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the Supreme Court of Florida and the United States District Court of the Middle District for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Quinn is a Supreme Court of Florida Certified mediator. She has been active in the legal community for over 23 years.
