I have practiced law for 45 years in the Tampa Bay area and never have been disciplined by any bar association. I served as a parttime Circuit Court Commissioner and as Executive Director of the Legal Aid Bureau of Hillsborough County, Florida. I also served as president of St. John Lutheran Church in Tampa, and I currently serve as secretary of Bachelors and Belles which also is known as Tampa Bay Dancing. A veteran, I was discharged honorably as a captain of field artillery, U. S. Army Reserve.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first communicate with them by telephone to determine whether their legal matter is one that I can handle. If it is not, then I refer them to an attorney who I believe can assist them. If I can handle their matter, then I suggest that we meet at my office so I can obtain additional details related to their matter and so I can examine documents and other items related to their matter. I also apprise them of the fee I will charge for assisting them.
