Using a holistic approach, we partner with each client to discover solutions, strategies and answers that heal the mind, will and emotions.
I enjoy seeing the growth in my clients from the genesis to the exodus of our working relationship. Nothing gives me more joy than seeing and hearing what they have learned from therapy and how it has given their lives new meaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Science in Sociology and Christian Counseling, a Masters in Social Work, I am a Registered Social Worker Intern. I have been working in the field of counseling and social work for 20 years. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Based CBT, Prepare to Enrich Marriage and Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other therapeutic frameworks.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard rates are $100 per session (50 min.) per individual or $175 per couple and up (family of 4 or more add $50 to the rate)
We also offer sliding scale rates for low income clients
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the field doing ministry and missions with children and families in crisis in my early 20s and my work began to expand into working with families affected by foster care, families with relational challenges and more. I always knew from a child that I wanted to be a social worker, and for most of my life I have dedicated my life to helping others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I focus on clients who have experienced relational trauma, childhood sexual abuse, challenges in the area of toxic and dysfunctional relationship patterns, childhood, adolescent and adult anxiety, depression and PTSD. I have had worked with individuals, youth, women and families in crises, individuals affected by homelessness, individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, youth and families affected by foster care, and individuals within the LGBTQ communities. I specialize in couples and marital counseling, human sexuality counseling with youth, adolescence and adults affected by trauma, physical and sexual abuse.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of creating innovative excercises that help with the healing process in the lives of individuals and couples.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise them that counseling is built upon trusting open relationships betweeen the client and therapist. Therefore, feel comfortable being who you are without fear of judgement because healing and restoration can happen organically.
