Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial stages of client interaction are the most important; building trust with the client ensures that the lawyer and client can efficiently work as a team. From the inception of the case, I believe face to face communication is best; it allows the attorney and client to get to know one another.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law where I obtained my law degree (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing system depends on the type of case; however, in most cases, I work on a contingent fee. This means that unless there is a recovery, there is no up front payment by the client.
How did you get started in this business?
The law was always a passion of mine.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my practice represents the consumers to fight the big insurance companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not be afraid to ask questions and find out the potential attorneys' background and experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do I want to hire someone who provides face-to-face communication or is remote communication sufficient?
What are my expectations?
