Slutzky Law Firm
About
After 42 years as an attorney, the last 7 of which are in Florida, I have helped countless individuals with their estate planning, probate, and business law needs. I am also a Certified Financial PlannerTM, so I have a greater understanding of what your financial advisors (if any) are trying to accomplish for you with your investments, and how your estate plan may impact them. In addition, I can make sure your estate planning documents are designed to protect you and your loved ones.
I love that what I do helps people to protect themselves, their assets, and their loved ones. I learned this from my father, who practiced law until he was 96 years of age!
I know that what I do and the documents I prepare will have a serious impact on your estate plan, so I am extreme thorough, and take the time to explain to you the important provisions in the documents and what they do for you.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client contacts me and we set either a telephone or face-to-face appointment. Before the face-to-face, I email a questionnaire and frequently asked questions info sheet which will answer most questions. We can then discuss fees. Upon payment of the retainer, we can proceed. I am zero pressure; I just want to be of service to my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond my 42 years as an attorney and 30 years as a financial advisor, I have my Juris Doctorate in law, a certification as a Certified Financial Planner, and literally hundreds of hours of continuing education in my fields of practice.
