In January 1997, I founded the law firm of Lynette Silon-Laguna, P.A., now known as All Family Law Group, P.A., to provide effective, responsive and empathetic legal solutions to divorce, family law, stepparent/relative adoption, as well as criminal defense and bankruptcy cases. Our objective is to provide professional and informed representation in the most expeditious and economical manner possible in consideration of each client's circumstances. Amicable settlement is the ultimate goal, if at all possible, to avoid the financial and emotional cost of litigation. However, sometimes cases cannot be amicably resolved. Under these circumstances, we will aggressively represent you to attain the best result to which you are legally entitled.

I don't usually take the time to write a review, but just have to say how happy I was with my experience with All Law Group, in particular, Cindy (not sure of last name) and my attorney, Ginger Dugan. My divorce went smooth and they were so helpful with the entire process. If anyone is in need of a family law attorney, I highly recommend they call All Family Law Group!
Excellent work by Ginger Dugan and the office staff. They made me feel comfortable and provided answers in a timely manner anytime I had a question regarding the case. I highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.
We offer an initial consultation at no charge. If the person would like to retain us to help with his or her case, we have a questionnaire we ask our clients to complete as well as a retainer agreement, which spells out specifically the terms of our representation. As to the process, it really depends on the area of the law and issues for which we have been retained, i.e., divorce, paternity, adoption, criminal defense, etc. It is all of our goals to be very responsive and keep our clients informed of the status of their cases and answer their questions. We respond to all emails and telephone calls at our earliest opportunity, even if just to say we have received the email or telephone call and to let our client know when we can respond to their question or concern.
