It is my belief that confidentiality, trust and safety are the pedestal to your path of interpersonal exploration and growth. I offer individual, couples and marital therapy. I specialist in disorders of the self, trauma, grief & loss and addictive disorders. In addition to this my practice offers intensive outpatient services for individuals seeking treatment for addiction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Psychotherapy involves comittment to yourself and to the process. Typical starting point is 4-6 months at minimum 1 time weekly for 45-50 minute sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. A doctorate degree in counselor education and supervision. Certified international addictions professional. Certified clinical trauma professional.
