About
Our Mission
Our mission, with desire and intent, is to change the negative stigma surrounding mental health through individualized healing, group healing, education, advocacy, and support. We desire to show people they can live a happy, healthy, and successful life.
Our Philosophy
We are all a product of our past both good & bad. Many of us have been hurt along the way. Some have gone far & want to go further, others are stuck & don’t know how to get unstuck. We realize many individuals have a desire to grow, heal, & accomplish big dreams yet somehow get lost along the way. But we want to help you achieve your biggest & wildest dreams! We take the time to focus on going back to the center, where balance is manifested, to healing the body, mind, & spirit as all three aspects interact & help you build a unique balance that works just for you! After all, The Center is the beginning & the end, where everything starts & finishes! When you find your center, you find your purpose. Let us guide you through this journey to find a life worth living that encompasses true, lasting happiness. The biggest question is how can we help you today?!
Treatment Approach
At The Holistic Center for Success, Health, & Healing we believe in the power of holistic & eclectic approach to ensure various techniques & tools are being utilized to meet your specific needs. Part of our holistic approach is a collaboration with you. After all, you are the expert on what you’ve thought, felt, & what has occurred in your life. The journey we are about to go on will require input & involvement from all parties. While there are many different therapeutic approaches to utilize, all have various strengths & advantages depending on the person or condition, in our practice we emphasize evidence-based treatment strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & mindfulness-based therapy as studies have shown that they are highly effective approaches.
I get to help make a difference in people’s lives! They can come in feeling incredibly bogged down and live our meetings feeling a little lighter and more encouraged!

How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a passion and drive to help people. Originally, I thought I wanted to be a lawyer and sadly found it was NOT something I loved. I took a psychology course and instantly fell in love with the field. We as human beings are so complex and every story is incredibly unique. I simply look to understand where you want to go, where you have been, and what has and hasn’t worked for you for us to find what will work specifically for you. Everyone is unique why not have something that is tailored specifically for you!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The full spectrum. Having experience in a jail and hospital I have seen nearly everything! Most comply having worked with trauma, addictions, sex, depression, anxiety, and autism. I also have a lot of experience with kids as I nannied for over 10 years.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After an initial consultation someone saying thank you I already feel a little better! More specifically, when a client has had a bad experience with doctors and therapists, then saying that! To know they have had a bad experience and can feel comfortable again is so important to me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions! Ask questions and make sure you feel comfortable. If it is not a good fit, that is ok! It is better to know and allow them to help you find a new therapist rather than share personal information when you really don’t feel comfortable or trust them. If anything this can be more damaging.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you ready to talk about it? If you are not ready that is ok. Sometimes people find they aren’t ready to open up and don’t want to open up. Nevertheless, there is no way for me to know what has happened or what you are thinking unless you tell me. I only have the information you provide to go off of. I would also ask, Are you open to someone saying things you might not like hearing? My job is to help you get to where you want to go and sometimes that means pointing out things you might not like. It is never done with the intent to hurt rather to have a conversation and help you get to your goal. Lastly, what are you looking for in your counselor?! Without trust and comfort it can be hard for you to share your story and trust the therapeutic process which can make your counseling less effective. Sometimes having an idea of what make a counselor good at their job will help determine what kind of counselor you will need!
