I enjoy being the voice for those who have been injured due to the wrongful conduct of others.

It is this trust that clients place in my hands to pursue justice and advocate on their behalf is what makes this profession rewarding.

Joshua is great. He really cares for his clients. Even if he can’t take your case he will still give you advice on how you should handle the situation. I’m glad to have him on my team

Joshua helped explain the process and was very communicative to me on my case. It didn't matter the time or the place, Mr. Winegar would always drop what he was doing if he could and gave me his complete attention and help. I was always kept up to date of my case. He always kept me updated on my case and I never felt that I was by myself. I always thought I had someone in my team and on my side being a voice for me. He helped me get a very great result and he is someone I recommend highly if you need a true goodhearted soul who will represent you the way you deserve!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There is an initial client consultation which is free and we conduct a thorough intake to learn all the facts surrounding the incident and the damages and injuries sustained.  Addressing the medical needs and helping clients get the medical attention they need is first and foremost.

After we identify the responsible parties, we aggressively pursue settlement negotiations to resolve the case without litigation. However, if the case cannot be settled without litigation, we will file a lawsuit to pursue recovery.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to the University of Florida for undergrad and the #1 ranked law school in Florida at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Contingency fee basis (33.3%). We work on a contingency-fee basis — we don’t get paid unless you win — so that you can afford to hire an excellent attorney to protect your interests.

Aside from eliminating any up-front costs, working on a contingency fee also incentivizes the attorney to recover the most compensation possible on your behalf.

Our pay is a percentage of the compensation you recover on your behalf, so you never have to worry about our firm advising you to take an inadequate settlement offer.

We recover only if you recover. If there is no recovery, no costs or fees

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have secured substantial payments for clients who have suffered injuries due to various types of claims, including matters arising from wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security, electrocution accidents, product liability, dog bites, and roadway design and maintenance.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Selected to be a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum serving as sole counsel in a motorcycle crash in which I successfully got a settlement of more than $1 million for a client.

I was also recognized in 2019 as “Best Personal Injury Lawyers in West Palm Beach” by Expertise who scored personal injury lawyers on over 25 variables across five categories.

I was also selected to The National Trial Lawyers top 40 under 40 – Civil Plaintiff.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure you speak to an attorney. A lot of firms will give you a paralegal or case manager. The advertising "mills" will hardly ever have an attorney for you to speak with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How often is the firm updating you?

How involved are you in the decision-making process?

Will you feel like  a number or an actual client that the firm cares about?

Are you chasing down the firm for information or are they constantly keeping you involved throughout the process?
