We are a two attorney law firm in Winter Garden. We offer a free initial consultation to prospective clients and take a personal interest in their needs. We offer a strong mix of family law experience with a strong business background. We have over 45 years of combined experience.
We enjoy helping our clients obtain closure on their legal issues. We work to distinguish between the emotional issues that accompany most family law matters from the "business" issues and strive to help our clients achieve their desired results whenever possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ron has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from UCF and his law degree from Stetson University.
Alan also hae his undergraduate degree from UCF. His law degree is from Florida A&M University.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We bill on an hourly basis for most of the matters that we handle. Time is entered in 1/10th of an hour increments. We typically require a retainer deposit from our clients that we apply to the out of pocket costs and fees incurred by the clients. If there remains any unearned portion of a retainer, it is refunded to the client at the conclusion of our representation.
