I specialize in relationship counseling, chronic anxiety, and panic attacks. I can help you gain the necessary skills so that you can forever stop your inner critic and start deeply appreciating the person you truly are. I graduated with the highest honors from Stetson University and I am trained in a variety of treatment approaches.
