The Llabona Law Group, P.A.
About
We have a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) staff, with offices in downtown Kissimmee and downtown Orlando.
I enjoy helping clients through a difficult period in their life. Many times I find myself counseling my clients about the bigger picture, especially when children are involved. Sometimes emotions run so high and the pain runs so deep that my calm, soothing, rational voice helps put everything in perspective. My goal is to settle cases at or before mediation so that attorney's fees and associated costs are held in check, and so that familial relationships are not further strained by protracted litigation.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with a prospective client in my office and discuss their issues and how Florida law applies to their issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my JD (law) degree in 2009, and have been practicing family law since then. I have represented clients in the couties of Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Lake, Citrus, and Brevard.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each case is different. I do not have a standard pricing system for our services. However, the retainer for your case will be discussed at our initial office consultation.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been practicing family law since 2009.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I represent clients in dissolution of marriage (divorce) cases, child support cases, paternity cases, domestic violence cases, and Department of Revenue (DOR) cases.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Clients should consider the experience that an attorney has in family law before hiring him/her as their attorney for a family law related case. Additionally, I highly advise AGAINST using a "$99.99 divorce" paralegal to prepare any documents for use in a family law related court proceeding.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Understand what you really want before talking to an attorney. The clearer you express your needs and expectations, the easier time the attorney will have in addressing your concerns explaining what challenges, if any, the law creates between you and your goals.
