What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients prefer to hire us over the phone, however, we're happy to meet with clients in our office as well. Communication is very important to us so we begin by collecting accurate contact information. Then we'd like to hear our client's story to learn more about them and their case. Next we'll review any case documents and discuss a theory of defense in their case. Finally we'll have the client sign a retainer agreement and a waiver of their appearance in court.
