Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I initially meet a client I give them the opportunity to describe their grivance from their prosective. Once they are given the opportunity to express themsevles completely, I ask tailored questions that will extract the details that I need to determine if a viable legal claim exists. Once that is accomplished I explain the law as it relates to their grievance. Since this is their claim, I like for the client to feel empowered at all stages of the process. It is my job to not only make my clients feel confident in my ability to represent them but to make them feel comfortable interacting with me.
It is my primary obligation that I equitably defend my client within the confinds of their comfort zone.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I recommned to every prosective client that they hire an attorney that they are comfortable working with. Their attorney needs to be someone that will relate to their grievance and work hard to advocate for them.
