The law is the most valuable when it prevents people, familes, businesses and communities are protected from wrongful actions and from suffering injustices. In instances where injustice has already occured, then the law must ensure that those injured are fairly compensated.
Succeeding in the legal system almost always often if it is the only case. For those that hire me and my firm, often their case is their only case.
When a client commits to hiring me and my firm as their attorneys, our goal is to provide the greatest skill and the swiftest justice possible.
Our job is to apply greatest level of talent and intelligence as lawyers, so that our clients can (1) sleep better immediately (2) be on the path towards the best possible results, and (3) be finshed being a client as soon as possible, and return full-time to their own clients, their own businesses, their own lives, and their own families.
Although the majority of the work we do at our firm is assisting people with problems, our favorite thing is consulting people on how to avoid future problems.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we typically do a 15-25 minute phone or zoom interview and see if we can provide sufficient help within that time frame. Hopefully, this works, or at least allows us the opportunity to provide some actions for the prospective client to undertake to get better insight into their situation, or to prevent any further negative consequences from occuring. Then, if the client appears to need lawsuit represenation, we often start at investigation levels in the $1500.00, and we organized documents, create timelines of events and outline potential law suit claims and/or defenses. For other types of cases like debtor bankruptcy, probate, or estate planning, we start with a $500 deposit and begin designing a custom plan to review with the prospective clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addtion to practicing law, I have a experience in marketing, IT services, and software development fields. Also, I have passed licensing exams for Florida Mortgage Broker, Florida Real Estate Agent and Illinois Real Estate Broker. I have completed the coursework and internship requirements for Florida Suprement Court Certified Mediator. I am a graduate of University of Miami Law School, and University of Illinois-Chicago, College of Business.

Consumer bankruptcy attorneys fees pricing is set by Bankrutpcy Court guidelines. Similarly, probate fees in Florida are statutorily determined. All other cases that we handle are on an hourly basis, and litigation cases are often done with shared risk or partial contingency agreements.
