The first thing that stood out to me about Hena was her unbiased directness. She was able to tell me the things I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. Some was unfavorable to my ears while others were favorable.
Not only her directness, I like how she is cost effective and didn’t try to play money gouging games with me, as I’m really not in the best place of my life right now. She is my retainer for my divorce case. So far her communication has been on point and understandable.
