Criminal defense emphasizing DUI Defense. I wrote the main book on DUI Defense for Florida. I am the State regent for The National College for DUI Defense which I have taught at seminars in summer located at Harvard Law School. I am also a founding member of The National College for DUI Defense as well as The DUI Defense Lawyers Association. I am certified by The National College for DUI Defense as a Lawyer Scientist which has helped me tremendously in defending breath, urine and blood DUI cases. I handle basic DUI'S through DUI Manslaughter cases.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with new customers first and explain how thery ecession will work from beginning to end and go through their case initially and then again after reviewing paperwork I get from prosecution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained at The National College for DUI Defense with classes in Cambridge Massachusetts at Harvard Law School. Have also taken Axion courses on the science of blood and drug testing.

How did you get started in this business?
Learned initially from Public Defenders office and then through other employers before going out on my own and teaching myself as well as taking numerous courses in DUI Defense.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Those accused of crimes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Getting charges dropped on recent felonies including ones that mostly likely would have lead to hail time for my cc clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always check the educational background and experience of lawyer you are going to hire. Just because they are a lawyer does not mean they are qualified to handle certain cases. For example a blood draw or urine casein a DUI takes a lot of work as the attorney must have experience in Chemistry, toxicology, accident reconstruction and human factors to Best be able to handle these difficult cases.
