At the law firm of Sandra Navarro-Garcia, P.A. we believe filing for bankruptcy is a very serious matter and may not be for everyone. Our goal is to find our client the right financial solution to their specific situation. Accordingly, this may sometimes involve advising a client not to file for bankruptcy relief. Ms. Navarro-Garcia combines her experience and compassion to help clients achieve the most positive result possible. It is her mission to help you protect what matters to you most, your family, your finances and your peace of mind.
I enjoy helping clients develop a plan to deal with the financial hardships they are facing. Often times financial problems are so overwhelming clients feel there is no way out and that is not the case. There is great satisfaction in knowing that I have helped someone obtain a financial fresh start, which in turn allows them to be able to live once again without the constant stress that financial distress can cause.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complementary consultation will be scheduled with Ms. Navarro-Garcia in order to go over your complete financial situation. This is an in-depth review of your situation, not just a five minute superficial conversation with a staff member. If a bankruptcy is the right solution for your situation a bankruptcy package will be provided setting forth the fees and costs as well as all documents needed for the case. Payment plans are available in order to facilitate the process for clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ms. Navarro-Garcia is a Miami native. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology/Anthropology. Ms. Navarro-Garcia attended law school at the University of Miami and received her Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar in November, 1999. For over 20 years Ms. Navarro-Garcia has been assisting people obtain a financial fresh start. Ms. Navarro-Garcia handles both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases where she provides all of her clients with individualized legal representation.

Every bankruptcy case is different and accordingly there is not a set fee schedule for all cases. Every client is provided the legal fees/costs related to their case prior to filing and payment plans are available in order to facilitate the process.

In over 20 years of practice I have helped clients from all walks of life. I have had teachers, construction workers, doctors, dentists, pastors, architects, beauticians, and attorneys obtain a financial fresh start. Financial problems are certainly not limited and I always say that unforeseen events could easily lead someone to sitting across from me trying to get bankruptcy information.
