What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule an initial consultation with the new client that can last anywhere between 45-60 minutes. I attempt to let the client explain to me their situation and what goal or goals that they are trying to achieve. I provide them with a realistic assessment of their situation. Lastly, I discuss my fee arrangement.
