About
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and collaborative working relationship with each client in therapy in order to facilitate awareness and change. It is an honor to assist my clients in realizing their own strengths, limitations, and to identify and achieve their goals. Utilizing conventional and collaborative approaches tailored to fit the needs of each individual client and family I partner with my clients to work through challenges, discover and activate strengths, address pain, build resilience, and expand their capacity to succeed.
I aim to provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere where clients can openly confront issues, learn to better manage emotions, and engage in working toward their unique goals. Change is possible- it just takes insight, awareness, and a decision to do something different today than yesterday.
I have a passion for guiding clients on their path to healing, empowerment, finding meaning, and creating a healthy balance and authenticity in one's life. Empowering clients with the strength to initiate change and increase personal effectiveness is my goal for therapy.

Family Wrap Around Counseling scholarship based
These services are offered to non-insured family members of clients who may need services as well, but are unable to due to financial constraints. Research shows that an adolescent client is far more successful in reaching treatment plan goals if their support system is also receiving services simultaneously. We believe that the success of a client should not be based in income, but rather a families willingness to be strengthened and grow together.
Low- Income Scholarship scholarship based
This rate applies to individuals looking to receive non-crisis based services who may have difficulty paying, but do acknowledge the value in investing in their mental health and life goals.
How did you get started in this business?
After the birth of my third child I experienced postpartum depression. I was working on my under-graduate degree at the time and decided to a psych class to learn more about what I was expereincing. I became increasingy interested in understanding the why behind so much of the human experience. My jouney ultimately led me to change my major to psychology and continue on to a masters program. I enjoy offering my clients psych-education to help them better understand their own experiences.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with ages 12 & up; including marriage and family.
