Teresa Williams has 25 years of litigation experience in family, criminal and civil law. Teresa started her own law firm in 2006 and prides herself on her honest and passionate representation of those in need of a champion in the courtroom.
We are trial attorneys and there is nothing that we love to do more than litigate a challenging case. We strive to get the best result so our clients will always come back when they need a lawyer. We are proud to represent people the way we would want our own families to be treated.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Teresa Williams received her juris doctorate degree from the University of Miami and her Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Our rate structure varies depending on the type of case you have retained us for. We charge an affordable hourly rate for family cases. Criminal cases are flat rate, and many clients have payment plans. Personal Injury cases are free. We don't get paid until you do. We are happy to work with you and accept payments via credit card, zelle, cash app, check and cash.
How did you get started in this business?
When I graduated from law school I was an Assistant State Attorney. I learned how to try cases in one of the most competitive and challenging markets in the nation and bring a different caliber of litigation experience to the table as a result. In family court, I specialize in cases where criminal and divorce law overlap. Our specialty in white-collar financial cases, is highly beneficial when uncovering fraud in divorce court.
