I pride myself on personal service. My clients have my cell phone and deal directly with me. I use my office staff for office matters but I deal with the clients personally. I find that creates a much better line of communication and builds a better attorney client relationship.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give an initial free phone consultation. We discuss the nature of the problem and successful responsive strategies. We then will set up a personal consultation either in person or by Zoom where we will discuss how the firm is engaged and direct action that the firm will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of Columbia University and the University of Miami School of Law. Thirty plus years of litigation experience in the Federal and State courts of Florida. The litigation has encompassed personal injury, federal civil rights focusing on police misconduct and criminal litigation.

No. Personal Injury matters are taken on a contingency basis. Criminal matters are charged based on the nature and complexity of the case.
How did you get started in this business?
Staight out of law school began doing criminal litigation and then expanded to other areas.

Individuals that have been wronged or injured that are seeking justice.

Do your research before you hire counsel. Make sure that he/she is proficient in the particular area that you are seeking assistance.
