Our 95 year old mother, who lived on her own and still drove her car, had a minor fall. She spent some time in the hospital and was then transferred to a rehabilitation center.

Progress was good in the rehabilitation center, mom enjoyed the staff and having regular meals. Together we decided that she would benefit best if she were to enter a long term care facility. Thus began the journey to get her qualified for Medicaid.
