Since 2002, Mr. Sherlock has significant experience structuring, negotiating and closing multi-million dollar real estate and business transactions. He has a wide range of legal expertise, including commercial and civil litigation, estate planning, real estate and title matters, and commercial and business matters. Mr. Sherlock’s practice focuses on representation of businesses and real estate developers, real property, estate planning, commercial transactions and civil litigation. Mr. Sherlock also served as outside General Counsel to several small to mid-size corporations, is the Manager of The Sherlock Law Firm, P.L. and serves as Of Counsel to Bert Richard Oliver, P.A. Before entering private practice, Mr. Sherlock served as a judicial clerk at the Florida First District Court of Appeal and was a public high school teacher in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
