What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone or video consultation with the new customer to ascertain his goals and legal situation. Usually, this consultation is free to the client. I charge $275 per hour for litigation. I only get paid in personal injury cases if the client collects. I have set prices for estate planning as follows:

Quit Claim Deed (draft and record) $225
