I have over ten years of experience treating individuals within the LGBTQ+ and kink/poly communities in both the non-profit sector and private practice. My private practice is built on relationships and I strongly believe that therapy is only as successful as the relationship between the client and therapist. So, I've set up my practice in a way that feels personal, comfy, and chill. I want my clients to feel like we're just hanging out in their living room and figuring out ways to make life work for them. Our initial meeting will start with us talking about what you're hoping to get out of the therapeutic experience and exploring what's working well and not-so-well in your life currently. My goal for you is to leave each session feeling more empowered to handle the discomfort and chaos life often throws our way. Depending on what your personal goals are, we will work together to increase a sense of well-being within yourself and your relationships.

Empowering and guiding my clients to live, feel, communicate, and connect authentically with themselves and others is the cornerstone of my practice. I emphasize the importance of a strong therapeutic connection and a commitment to grow and heal. My office is an affirmative and safe space to explore current or past issues that are impeding your ability to feel joy and satisfaction within yourself, your career, and your relationships. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, your relationships, and your life. I'm here to help guide you towards feeling more satisfied and fulfilled in all of these areas. Life is just as much about learning as it is about unlearning and we often have a lot to unlearn thanks to all the unhealthy messages we've received throughout our lives. I offer a safe space for my clients to both learn and unlearn. Seeing my clients open up and explore the some of their most vulnerable thoughts and experiences in my office is something I am forever grateful for.
