Gabriel S. Saade, Esq. is the founding partner of The Saade Law Firm, P.A. (“Saade Law”). Mr. Saade specializes in litigation on behalf of injured parties and their families, as well as defendants, and transactional and commercial-law related matters for corporate clients.
While working for several years at a prestigious Miami plaintiffs’ firm, Mr. Saade represented injured persons and their families in Florida and Massachusetts in a variety of personal injury cases involving products liability, environmental toxic torts, mesothelioma/asbestos exposure, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, dangerous drugs, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Notably, Mr. Saade assisted in obtaining a $21 million verdict in a products liability case on behalf of a Plaintiff who suffered from mesothelioma resulting from his asbestos exposures at Florida Power & Light. For his commercial clients- large and small- Mr. Saade manages all types of transactional and commercial law-related matters, including complex commercial litigation. His clients include contractors, merchants, product designers, manufacturers, developers, and start-up companies. Mr. Saade is skilled in handling all contractual legal needs, including analyzing, preparing, negotiating, and assessing various contracts such as limited liability company agreements, leases, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and independent contractor contracts, among others.
Mr. Saade attended undergrad at Duke University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and a certificate in markets and management.
Following Duke, Mr. Saade earned his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
