Since 1986 in Florida (since 1972 in Pennsylvania) we provide legal assistance to individuals and businesses in matters that include representation of: Realtors’ sellers and buyers with residential and commercial real estate to be bought, sold, or financed and title policies written; and leases to be written or reviewed, reviewed, modified, terminated or an eviction handled; Bankers with a regulatory question or lenders or borrowers with a commercial, industrial or real estate loan to be structured, documented or closed; or “worked- out” collected or foreclosed, restructured or resolved; Entrepreneurs and retailing, manufacturing and distribution businesses with businesses to be started, organized, bought or sold, sales distribution, employment and shareholder or membership agreements to be negotiated and drafted, and other business and contractual transactions; Individuals with wills, living wills, durable family powers of attorney, and similar family planning matters to be addressed or estates to be probated and family estate disputes; And the inevitable commercial, business or personal disputes to be resolved, by litigation, arbitration, mediation or negotiation. Generally consumer foreclosure defense cases are referred to attorney’s who specialize in that work and are current with the ever changing government programs in the field.
