I retained the firm for representation. During representation I was living in another state. At first I was worried because I never met the attorneys but I have to say the firm has great customer service. Both attorneys were informed of my case from day one. If I couldnt reach either attorney when I called because they were in court, either one would call me the same evening to followup on the call and reassure me that everything was going as planned.
