Inner Peace Counseling
About
Human beings are hard-wired for connection; to love, to be loved; to feel inner peace. Together, we can work to empower you to redefine yourself; to find your purpose and your passion and to nurture and grow trusting and loving relationships. My approach to therapy is client-centered, non-judgmental, respectful and collaborative. You will feel emotionally safe in the work we’ll do and will challenge yourself to go next level in your life and in your relationships.
I am a skilled practitioner who works with adolescents, adults and seniors in individual and family therapy. I am well trained to work with addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and a wide variety of other issues that may be causing a lack of inner peace.
You are not alone! You deserve to be seen, to be heard and to experience self-love and self-worth!
