My passion is to help others get to the root of anger, anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma and any everyday issues that is causing a life dysfunction. I help my patients come to a Resolution and not just management of symptoms.
i have been practicing since 2015 and am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories, both of which are highly effective at resolving Traumatic issues.
I enjoy seeing the results my clients reach, and helping them learn the skills necessary to succeed daily.
