What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call in, you will speak to a live person 24/7. We want all our potential clients to feel comfortable, so we are more than happy to provide a consultation (free of charge) via phone, Zoom, or in person. You won't pay anything upfront to speak to us.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, we work on a contingency fee basis only. That means you pay NOTHING upfront to work with us. You only pay if you win your case. The amount you pay is a standard percentage of the total recovery.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We only work with clients who have suffered an injury. This may be due to an auto accident, fall, neglect in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility, or a dog bite. Our attorneys specialize in personal injury. However, if you'd like a referral, we are more than happy to provide you the name of an attorney we trust.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Don't be afraid to ask questions about a lawyer or law firm's qualifications and results. Here are some questions you may want to ask:
1) Do you litigate cases? Do you take cases all the way to trial?
2) What are your results?
