About
I prioritize the care and personal experience of each and every client that I have the privilege to work with. From our reception area to our individual office spaces you will immediately notice that I believe your journey is enhanced by a physical environment that invites you into a calm, quiet internal space.
I believe that good mental health begins with a safe place to talk honestly about life's difficulties. Ineffective coping strategies often arise when we don’t feel the freedom to be vulnerable, but can be healed in the spaces where our hearts can be seen without judgment. I love offering that space to each client because I myself have experienced the growth and healing that counseling can bring.
I have experience working with people from varying backgrounds, and have worked mainly with grief and loss, anxiety, chronic illness, depression, trauma, abuse, marriage issues, teenage issues, spiritual burnout, and those who have a family member with mental illness. I am also certified in premarital counseling.
