What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically connect via email or phone call, We have an intake process for clients to book with a small deposit of $25 to secure their appointment time. We also call to confirm appointments and location if it is outside of our Altamonte Springs office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is trained and background screened by the National Notary Association.

Our pricing is based on individual documents needed and are listed for the stamp only. $10 per stamp is Florida law. final pricing for services does not include any admin fees, travel fees or other fees that may apply.
How did you get started in this business?
A collegue of mine for 5 months during our business meetings kept encouraging me to get started. I decided to take the leap along with my daughters and mother and begin Notary Nation LLC. We took state requirements and background checks and now we have a successful organization.

Be sure they know Florida law and can execute your documents properly so they do not get rejected.

Asking if they have been background checked and if they can provide witnesses if needed, and if flexible availability to meet clients who may have after hours needs.
