What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free initial consultation. Due to COVID19 We can set an telephone pr video conference consultation. We have available late and Saturday appointments. At consultation the law is explained together with the client's options and the cost associated with each option. We take credit cards and offer payment plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Received my law degree from Boston College Law School. I have been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1996.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer flat fees for uncontested dissolutions; however, the majority of the cases are hourly and require a deposit. We offer discounts to the military and law enforcement.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds of customers. They usually refer to me other clients, friends and family members.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Write your questions before you meet with the Attorney. If the Attorney only presents to you a positive outlook of your case and does not explain any possible pitfalls, you may want to seek a 2nd opinion.
