We are a women powered tax, trusts and estates, and business law firm managed by a former IRS attorney. We use a model of helping our clients every step of the way and our reasonable fee structure that grows with the client reflects this pholosophy. Operating across the east coast and California, our attorneys represent domestic and multinational clients on the most complex tax, wealth planning, and business issues while having the resources to serve startups, entrepreneurs, and growing families from the initial stages as well. As an immigrant, minority woman owned law firm, in addition to traditional legal services, we also provide unique service packages to support wealth building in disadvantaged communities.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our staff will respond to the prospective client (customer) inquiry (web, phone, or email) generally within 1 business day and schedule an initial free 15 min appointment (e-Meeting) with an attorney. Before the appointment, we send the customer information on our services and the next steps to prepare for the initial attorney meeting (by video or audio only as the customer prefers).
The meeting is a touchpoint to set expectations, explain our always accessible and secure digital communication systems, our fee structure, and scope the representation. We then follow up providing the customer access to their unique digital case platform, engagement letter and any advance payment requirements. Once the customer signs the letter and pays any retainer/advance payment (held in escrow until earned), we begin representing the client.
Our attorneys will then follow up with a detailed communication with the customer with next steps, timelines, legal strategy etc., keeping the lines of communication open at all times and catering the representation to the customer throughout the process until the service engaged is completed.
