We have drafted over 5,000 estate plans for clients throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. We also offer end to end planning, funding, and administration of estates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have online scheduling available 24/7/365, and our attorneys are available by telephone, SMS and e-mail to answer questions from existing clients. For Estate Planning, we send out a confirmation of your appointment and an estate planning questionnaire in advance of the appointment so you can best organize your thoughts and make our time super productive!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorneys have JD's from top law schools, and some also have LLM (masters in taxation) and MBA's (Masters in Business Administration). The average years of experience held by our attorneys is 15. We write topical articles in our areas of practice and conduct Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs for other attorneys.

We bill estate plans on a flat fee basis. We review the planning options in advance of signing a retainer with each of our clients, and answer any questions related to the flat fee billing process at that time. Other services are priced on an hourly basis, billed in quarter hour increments.
